The fast-drying clear coat formula allows for polishing 2-4 hours after application—it doesn't stick to polishing pads. 施工流程
Sheet metal repair + cleaning
Sheet metal repair → Grinding feathered edges (P80-P180) → Cleaning and degreasing (degreaser + dust cloth). Bare metal areas need to be sprayed with epoxy primer for rust prevention. Plastic parts are treated with PP primer.
Atomic putty + intermediate primer
Apply unsaturated polyester putty to the recessed area (sanding can be done after 20-30 minutes) → sand smooth in stages from P180 to P320 → spray 2-3 coats of PU intermediate primer → wet sand at P400-P600 after drying.
Paint spraying
Accurately weigh and mix the color according to the formula → apply 2-3 coats of color paint (with a 5-10 minute flash-dry interval between each coat) → spray the solid color paint directly → for metallic paint, control the spraying technique (air pressure/spray distance/gun speed) to ensure uniform aluminum powder distribution.
Clear varnish top coat
2K high-solids clear varnish in 2 coats (first coat semi-wet → flash dry for 5-10 min → second coat fully wet) → bake at 60°C for 30 min to accelerate curing (or at room temperature for 12 h) → polish after drying.
Polishing + Inspection
P1500-P3000 sandpaper wet sanding to remove dust spots → three-step polishing with coarse wax + fine wax + mirror wax → inspection of DOI/gloss/color difference/adhesion → cleaning and delivery. Quality requirements: no color difference and no repair marks visible from a distance of 1m.
