KF-EW100 Exterior Wall Latex Paint
KF-EW100 exterior latex paint is based on pure acrylic/silicone acrylic emulsion and imported rutile titanium dioxide. The coating has weather resistance of more than 15 years and resistance to artificial aging of more than 2000h. Self-cleaning and anti-stain, rain self-cleaning, stain resistance less than 10%. It passes the GB/T9755 superior grade standard and is widely used for exterior wall decoration and protection of residential/commercial/public buildings.

Exterior latex paint is a high-performance water-based environmentally friendly interior wall coating launched by KeXin New Material. It uses odorless styrene-acrylic emulsion as the core film-forming substance, refined with imported rutile titanium dioxide and environmentally friendly additives. It complies with the GB/T9756 superior grade standard and the GB18582 environmental protection standard.
It adopts odorless zero-VOC technology, with almost no irritating odor released during application, and safe occupancy is possible 24 hours after construction is completed. It also has antibacterial and anti-mold functions, making it especially suitable for children's rooms, hospitals, schools, and other places with high air quality requirements.

Surface preparation
Clean substrates thoroughly of oil and rust. Blast steel to Sa2.5. Pre-treat per product spec to keep the substrate clean. Ambient 5-40°C, relative humidity<85%。
Primer / pre-treatment
Select the matching primer or pre-treatment per substrate and system. Mix strictly at the stated ratio and control DFT. Proceed after the primer dries; pre-stripe critical areas.
Main-coat application
Apply the main coat per the process spec, strictly controlling DFT, temperature/humidity and flash-off to keep the film uniform without sagging or pinholes.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection & acceptance
We test all indicators including film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. We conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. After all tests pass, we issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship the product in dust-free packaging.
