重防腐涂装体系是客信新材料按 ISO12944 标准设计的重防腐涂料。采用优质树脂和高性能防锈颜料科学配制,具有优异的防腐蚀性能和附着力。广泛用于钢结构、桥梁、石化、船舶等重防腐领域的防护涂装。

The product has passed rigorous salt spray testing (>1000h) and adhesion testing (>5MPa), and with a complete base-intermediate-topcoat system, it can provide long-lasting protection for 15-25 years. Kexin provides free coating design solutions and technical support services.

常见问题

Which substrates is it suitable for?+
Suitable for sandblasting and rust removal up to Sa2.5 grade on carbon steel and cast iron surfaces. The substrate must be free of oil, rust, and old paint; a roughness of Rz40-75μm is optimal.
Why can't it be directly exposed to the outside?+
Epoxy resin is not resistant to ultraviolet light and will chalk with prolonged exposure. A complete coating system must be formed by combining an epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat and a weather-resistant topcoat.
What primers or topcoats are needed?+
We recommend using the same series of primers and topcoats from Kexin to ensure coating system compatibility and optimal performance. Kexin technical engineers can design a complete primer-intermediate-topcoat system solution free of charge based on your specific working conditions.
How can I get samples and a quote?+

施工流程

Surface treatment

Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade. Perform surface pretreatment according to product requirements to ensure substrate cleanliness. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。

Primer/Pretreatment

Select a suitable primer or pretreatment based on the substrate and product system. Strictly control film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried. Apply a reinforcing pre-coat to critical areas.

Main coating application

Apply the main coating according to the process requirements. Strictly control application parameters such as film thickness, ambient temperature and humidity, and flash-off time. Ensure a uniform coating free of runs and pinholes.

Curing process

Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.

Inspection and Acceptance

We test all indicators including film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. We conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. After all tests pass, we issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship the product in dust-free packaging.
