施工流程
Surface treatment
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade with a roughness of Rz40-75μm. Aluminum undergoes acid pickling and passivation treatment. Remove all contaminants to ensure a clean surface. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。
Primer application
Select a suitable primer based on the coating system and substrate. Strictly control the film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried. Pre-coat critical areas with a reinforcing treatment to ensure coating integrity.
Topcoat application
Apply 2-3 coats of topcoat using precision spraying or roller coating. Each coat should be fully flash-dried to control a film thickness of 30-50μm. Ensure uniform color and absence of runs or pinholes. For complex areas, perform manual pre-coating to ensure complete coverage without any missed areas.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
Test film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, chemical resistance, and other indicators. Conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. Upon successful completion of all tests, issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship in dust-free packaging.
