施工流程
基材清洁
塑料基材用异丙醇或专用清洁剂彻底去除脱模剂和油污。PP和PE基材可选配火焰处理或等离子预处理以提高表面能。ABS和PC基材用抗静电布擦拭去除灰尘。确保表面洁净无残留。
Primer application
塑料专用附着力底漆喷涂1道。PP基材使用CPP氯化聚丙烯底漆。尼龙使用PA专用底漆。ABS和PC附着力较好可选择性使用底漆。底漆60°C烘烤10min预烘膜厚10-15μm。
面漆施工
面漆精密喷涂2道每道间隔60°C闪干5-10min。弹性手感漆最后一道适当加厚以获得饱满橡胶触感。总干膜厚度30-50μm。UV涂料喷涂后过UV固化机。确保颜色均匀一致无流挂。
Curing process
60-80°C烘烤20-30min或常温自干24h完全固化。UV涂料过UV固化机照射800-1200mJ/cm²瞬间固化。烘箱温度均匀性±5°C逐步升温避免涂层缺陷。塑料基材需控制烘烤温度不超过基材热变形温度。
检验包装
完全固化后使用百格刀检验附着力等级。检测光泽/色差/耐手汗/耐化妆品。塑料件需特别检查是否有溶剂咬底现象。耐黄变QUV测试500hΔE<3。无尘软包装出货附带批次检测报告。
