KF-MC100 multicolor imitation stone paint adopts water-in-water (W/W) multicolor suspension technology to stably suspend water-based color particles of different colors in a water-based medium. A single spray application presents granite/marble color point texture effects with a simulation degree greater than 95%. Weighing only 3kg per square meter, it does not increase building load. With 15-year weather resistance, it is widely used for imitation stone decoration on exterior walls of high-end residences/villas/commercial buildings, replacing dry-hung stone.

Waterborne color particles are stably suspended in a waterborne medium through a protective colloid to form a water-in-water system. Different colored particles are randomly distributed in the coating during a single spray application, naturally forming a granite color-point texture effect. No multiple color-coating spray applications are required, resulting in high construction efficiency and stable, consistent results.
Lightweight Stone Imitation · No Added Load
Dry film density is only 1.2g per cubic centimeter, with a weight of about 3kg per square meter, only 1/25 that of natural stone. It does not increase building structural load, requires no steel keel, and is suitable for high-rise buildings and old building renovation. Combined with real stone paint, it can achieve various granite surface effects such as litchi face and flame face.
15-Year Weather Resistance · Lasting Gloss
Silicone-acrylic emulsion provides excellent UV shielding and acid rain resistance. The coating has weather resistance of more than 15 years, and the color points do not fade or chalk. The silicone-acrylic clear topcoat gives the coating lasting gloss and additional protection, with stain resistance of less than 8%. It is paired with a same-color primer for systematic construction and reliable quality.

सतह तैयारी
सब्सट्रेट को तेल व जंग से पूर्ण साफ़ करें। स्टील को Sa2.5 तक ब्लास्ट करें। उत्पाद विनिर्देश अनुसार पूर्व-उपचार करें। परिवेश 5-40°C, सापेक्ष आर्द्रता<85%。
प्राइमर / पूर्व-उपचार
सब्सट्रेट व प्रणाली अनुसार प्राइमर/पूर्व-उपचार चुनें। अनुपात-सटीक मिश्रण व DFT नियंत्रण। सुखने के बाद अगला चरण; संवेदनशील स्थानों पर प्री-स्ट्राइप।
मुख्य कोट एप्लिकेशन
प्रक्रिया अनुसार मुख्य कोट लगाएँ; DFT, ताप-आर्द्रता व फ़्लैश-ऑफ़ कड़ाई से नियंत्रित ताकि फ़िल्म समान हो, बहाव/पिनहोल नहीं।
उपचार प्रक्रिया
उत्पाद की आवश्यकता के अनुसार स्टोविंग या वातांश सूखने द्वारा पूर्ण क्योरिंग सुनिश्चित करें। ओवन के तापमान को ±5°C में एकसमान रखें तथा धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाएँ ताकि कोटिंग दोष न हों। वातांश-क्योर होने वाली ग्रेड में पर्याप्त वायु-विनिमय एवं उपयुक्त आर्द्रता रखें।
निरीक्षण और स्वीकृति
सभी मापदंडों की जाँच: शुष्क-फिल्म मोटाई, आलेपन-संलग्नता, चमक, वर्ण-अंतर एवं रासायनिक प्रतिरोध। प्रासंगिक मानकों के अनुसार पूर्ण कार्यक्षमता परीक्षण किया जाता है। सभी शर्तें उत्तीर्ण होने के पश्चात् ही परीक्षण रिपोर्ट एवं वारंटी जारी की जाती है और वस्तु धूल-रहित पैकेजिंग में प्रेषित की जाती है।
