KF-WD400 Nitrocellulose Wood Lacquer uses nitrocellulose as the main film-forming substance. Extremely fast surface drying (10-15min), short construction cycle. The film is easy to sand and polish, and can be layered coat by coat to achieve deep gloss. It can be re-dissolved by solvent for convenient later repair and renovation. सतह तैयारी
Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove oil, dust, and old coating. Control wood moisture content within 8-12%. Sandblast metal substrates to Sa2.5 level. Apply 2-3 coats of waterproof putty on flat, dry wall surfaces, sanding smooth between coats. Remove loose old coating and repair defects on existing surfaces.
प्राइमर / सीलिंग
Select a compatible primer or sealer based on the substrate and coating system. Wood sealer prevents resin and pigment bleeding. Metal primer enhances adhesion and prevents rust. Wall sealer prevents substrate water absorption affecting results. Allow primer to dry before proceeding to the next step.
टॉपकोट / प्रभाव-परत लेपन

सूखना / क्योरिंग
[Product Spec] उत्पाद की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार बेक करें या सामान्य तापमान पर स्वयं सूखने दें full cure। ओवन का तापमान समान रूप से धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाएं ताकि coating film दोष से बचा जा सके। UV कोटिंग को UV क्योरिंग मशीन से गुजारकर तुरंत क्योर करें। सामान्य तापमान पर क्योर होने वाले प्रकार के लिए पर्यावरणीय वेंटिलेशन और उपयुक्त आर्द्रता सुनिश्चित करें। क्योर होने के बाद प्राकृतिक रूप से ठंडा करें।
जाँच / संरक्षण
After full cure, test gloss, adhesion, hardness, color difference, and chemical resistance. For artistic coatings, inspect texture consistency and overall aesthetics. After all tests pass, package with dust-free protective materials for shipment. Include batch test report and warranty certificate.
