Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove oil, oxide scale, and mold release agent. Sandblast metal substrates to Sa2.5 grade. Wipe plastic substrates with a specialized cleaner. Sand wood surfaces smooth and repair defects. Remove loose old coatings from existing substrates.

Select the appropriate primer or sealer based on the substrate and coating system. The primer enhances topcoat adhesion and seals substrate pores. Strictly mix according to the product ratio and control the film thickness to 10–15 μm. After baking or air drying, inspect the primer for defects before proceeding to the next process.

Apply 2-3 coats of topcoat via precision spraying or manual application. Ensure adequate flash-off between coats and control film thickness to 30-50μm. Bake at the temperature specified by the product requirements or allow to air-dry at room temperature until fully cured. The oven temperature uniformity should be ±5°C, with gradual heating to avoid coating defects. For UV coatings, pass through a UV curing machine at 800-1200 mJ/cm². After curing, allow natural cooling to room temperature before conducting performance testing.

After complete curing, test gloss/adhesion/hardness/color difference/chemical resistance. For artistic coatings, check the consistency of texture effects. Once all pass, protect with dust-free materials, package, and ship. Attach batch inspection report and quality certificate.
