KF-CM100 epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion coating is based on epoxy resin and refined coal tar. The coating is water-resistant/salt-resistant/soil microorganism-resistant/plant root penetration-resistant. It is a classic material for anti-corrosion of buried pipelines and underground steel structures. Designed according to SY/T0447 standard with a service life of more than 30 years. Widely used for anti-corrosion coating of long-distance buried oil and gas pipelines/sewage pipelines/steel pipe piles/storage tank bottom plates and other underground and underwater steel structures.

Epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion paint is a heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating designed by KeXin New Material in accordance with the ISO 12944 standard. It is scientifically formulated with high-quality resins and high-performance anti-rust pigments, offering excellent anti-corrosion performance and adhesion. A single coat can reach 150-200 microns in film thickness; ordinary grade is two coats, extra-strong grade is four coats. Used in combination with fiberglass cloth wrapping, it can form reinforced-grade and extra-strong-grade anti-corrosion coatings. The cost per square meter is far lower than 3PE, making it the preferred solution for budget-sensitive projects.

Aplikasi salut utama
Sapukan salut utama ikut proses, kawal ketat ketebalan, suhu/kelembapan dan masa waparkan untuk filem seragam tanpa lunturan atau lubang jarum.
Curing process
Mencapai pengawetan penuh melalui pembakaran atau pengeringan suhu bilik seperti yang disyaratkan produk. Kekalkan suhu ketuhar seragam dalam ±5°C dan naikkan secara berperingkat untuk mengelakkan kerosakan salutan. Bagi gred pengawetan suhu bilik, pastikan pengudaraan mencukupi dan kelembapan yang sesuai.
Inspection and Acceptance
Semua parameter diperiksa: ketebalan filem kering, pelekat, kilau, perbezaan warna dan rintangan bahan kimia. Ujian prestasi penuh dijalankan menurut piawaian berkaitan. Hanya selepas semuanya lulus, laporan ujian dan jaminan dikeluarkan dan barangan dibungkus serta dihantar dalam keadaan bebas habuk.
