KF-FR100 Intumescent Fire Retardant Paint
KF-FR100 intumescent fireproof coating uses APP/PER/MEL as the P-C-N intumescent flame retardant system. When exposed to fire, the coating expands 50-80 times to form a carbonized insulating layer that keeps the substrate temperature below the critical value. It is widely used for fire protection of combustible substrates such as wood/cables/plastics and steel structures.

Intumescent fireproof coating is a special fireproof coating developed by KeXin New Material. Designed according to GB 14907 and ISO 834 standards, the coating expands in a fire to form a dense carbonized layer, effectively blocking heat conduction and buying valuable time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue.
The product has passed national fire protection 3C certification and UL international certification, with fire resistance limit of 1-3 hours. Suitable for steel structures, concrete structures, cables and other buildings and industrial facilities requiring passive fire protection.

Sistem antinyala kembung klasik terdiri daripada ammonium polifosfat (APP/sumber asid) + pentaeritritol (PER/sumber karbon) + melamin (MEL/sumber gas). Penyediaan permukaan
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade. Perform surface pretreatment according to product requirements to ensure the substrate is clean. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity<85%。
Primer application
Pilih primer yang sepadan dengan sistem salutan dan substrat. Bancuh mengikut nisbah produk dan kawal ketebalan filem. Teruskan selepas primer kering. Pra-perkukuh kawasan kritikal.
Aplikasi salut utama
Carry out the main coating application according to process requirements. Strictly control construction parameters such as film thickness/environmental temperature and humidity/flash-off time. Ensure the coating is uniform and consistent with no sagging or pinholes. Manually pre-coat complex areas to ensure full coverage.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
Test film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, chemical resistance, and other indicators. Conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. Upon successful completion of all tests, issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship in dust-free packaging.
