Pembersihan substrat

Thoroughly clean the substrate surface with anhydrous ethanol to remove oil and dust. Optical glass requires plasma treatment for further surface activation. Plastic substrates may optionally undergo flame or plasma pretreatment. Ensure the substrate surface is absolutely clean with no residue.

Apply nano adhesion-promoting primer or silane coupling agent according to substrate type. Enhance interfacial bonding between the nano coating and substrate through chemical bonding. PVD process requires no primer and is completed directly in the vacuum chamber. Primer dries for 5-10min.

Use spray coating/dip coating/spin coating/wipe coating/PVD and other processes according to coating type. Anti-fingerprint oil by PVD evaporation or spray coating + high-temperature curing. Self-cleaning coating cures at room temperature after spray coating. ITO coating deposited by magnetron sputtering. Precisely control film thickness at 5-500nm.
