KF-RH100 Reflective Heat Insulation Coating is made with specialty hollow microspheres and high-reflectance pigments as functional fillers combined with silicone-acrylic emulsion. Solar reflectance greater than 0.85, hemispherical emissivity greater than 0.88, solar reflectance index SRI greater than 105. In summer, it can reduce roof/exterior wall surface temperature by more than 15 degrees and reduce air conditioning energy consumption by 30-50%. It passes GB/T25261 and JG/T235 building reflective heat insulation coating standards.

Penyediaan permukaan
Bersihkan substrat daripada minyak dan karat sepenuhnya. Kumur keluli ke Sa2.5. Pra-rawatan mengikut spesifikasi produk. Suhu 5-40°C, kelembapan relatif<85%。
Primer / prarawatan
Pilih primer atau prarawatan mengikut substrat dan sistem. Bancuh mengikut nisbah tepat dan kawal ketebalan. Sambung selepas primer kering; prasalutan kawasan kritikal.
Aplikasi salut utama
Sapukan salut utama ikut proses, kawal ketat ketebalan, suhu/kelembapan dan masa waparkan untuk filem seragam tanpa lunturan atau lubang jarum.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
We test all indicators including film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. We conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. After all tests pass, we issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship the product in dust-free packaging.
