Epoxy terrazzo decorative floor is a high-performance industrial floor coating developed by KeXin New Material. It offers excellent abrasion resistance, compressive strength, and chemical resistance. It is widely used for floor decoration and protection in industrial plants, underground garages, commercial spaces, and other locations.
After construction, the floor is seamless, easy to clean, beautiful and durable, with a design service life of over 10 years. Preparo do substrato
Concrete floor strength ≥C25, flatness 2m straightedge ≤4mm. Shot blasting or grinding to remove laitance and oil stains. Through cracks repaired by pressure injection with epoxy grouting material. Substrate surface roughness CSP 3-5 to ensure good adhesion of epoxy primer.
Primer e camada de regularização
Epoxy primer rolled to seal the substrate. Epoxy leveling mortar troweled to correct floor flatness to 2m straightedge ≤2mm. After primer and leveling layer dry for 8-12h, terrazzo aggregate spreading is carried out. The color of primer and leveling materials must coordinate with the main tone of terrazzo.
Espalhamento do agregado de terrazzo
Epoxy resin and colored stone aggregate fully mixed in design proportion. Terrazzo mixture troweled and screeded to design thickness 6-12mm. Defoaming roller used to remove air bubbles and ensure uniform aggregate distribution. After curing 24-48h (25°C), grinding is carried out.
Polimento e lustro
50-grit metal grinding disc coarse grinding to remove surface resin and expose aggregate → 150-grit resin grinding disc medium grinding → 300-grit fine grinding → 500-grit precision grinding → 1000-3000-grit resin grinding disc polishing to mirror gloss. Continuous water cooling for dust suppression during grinding. After each grinding pass, clean, inspect and fill pinholes and air voids.
Proteção selada
After polishing, thoroughly clean, vacuum and dry. Roll-coat 2 coats of dedicated polyurethane or fluorocarbon transparent sealing protective layer. The sealing layer provides final stain resistance, easy-clean and gloss retention performance. After sealing layer dries for 24h, the floor can be used normally; fully cured after 72h. Provide maintenance manual and regular maintenance service.
