Sol-Gel nano-ceramic technology
The sol-gel method uses tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and organosilanes as precursors. Hydrolysis and polycondensation form a Si-O-Si three-dimensional inorganic network (ceramic-like structure). The coating hardness exceeds 9H (surpassing all organic coatings), with thermal resistance up to 800°C without discoloration or peeling. The surface is smooth and dense, with non-stick properties superior to traditional PTFE coatings.
Non-stick and easy to clean · Safe for food contact
The ceramic-like surface possesses natural non-stick properties (Lotus Effect). Frying eggs, making pancakes, or grilling meat results in no sticking or burning. Cleaning requires only a wipe with warm water. It contains no PTFE (Teflon), no PFOA, and no PFAS. Certified for food contact safety under FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and German LFGB standards. ApplicationProcess

Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade with a roughness of Rz40-75μm. Aluminum undergoes acid pickling and passivation treatment. Remove all contaminants to ensure a clean surface. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。
Primer application
Select a suitable primer based on the coating system and substrate. Strictly control the film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried. Pre-coat critical areas with a reinforcing treatment to ensure coating integrity.
Topcoat application
Apply 2-3 coats of topcoat using precision spraying or roller coating. Each coat should be fully flash-dried to control a film thickness of 30-50μm. Ensure uniform color and absence of runs or pinholes. For complex areas, perform manual pre-coating to ensure complete coverage without any missed areas.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
Test film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, chemical resistance, and other indicators. Conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. Upon successful completion of all tests, issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship in dust-free packaging.
