KF-WD400 Nitrocellulose Wood Lacquer uses nitrocellulose as the main film-forming substance. Extremely fast surface drying (10-15min), short construction cycle. The film is easy to sand and polish, and can be layered coat by coat to achieve deep gloss. It can be re-dissolved by solvent for convenient later repair and renovation. Widely used for classical furniture/musical instruments/high-grade wood crafts.

The substrate surface must be thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, dust, and old coatings. The moisture content of wood should be controlled within the range of 8-12%. Metal substrates should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade. The wall base should be flat and dry, apply 2-3 coats of water-resistant putty and sand smooth. Remove loose coatings from old substrates and repair defects.
پرائمر / سیلنگ
[Product Spec] Select a compatible primer or sealing primer according to the substrate and coating system. Wood sealing primer prevents resin and pigment from bleeding out. Metal primer enhances adhesion and rust prevention. Wall sealing primer prevents substrate water absorption from affecting the effect. Proceed to the next process after the primer dries.

[Product Spec] Topcoat is precisely sprayed or manually applied in 2-3 coats. Each coat is fully flashed off to control film thickness. Artistic effect coatings use special tools such as trowels/float/sponge to create texture and layers. Strictly control the interval time of each coat and the application environment conditions.

[Product Spec] Bake or air-dry at room temperature to full cure according to product requirements. The oven temperature should be uniform and gradually increased to avoid coating film defects. UV coatings are instantly cured by passing through a UV curing machine. Room-temperature-curing types ensure environmental ventilation and suitable humidity. Naturally cool after curing.

[Product Spec] After full cure, test gloss/adhesion/hardness/color difference/chemical resistance. For artistic coatings, check texture effect consistency and overall aesthetics. After all pass, protect and package with dust-free materials for shipment. Attach batch testing report and warranty certificate.
