KF-WB100 Water-Based Amino Baking Paint
KF-WB100 waterborne amino baking paint is based on waterborne hydroxy acrylic dispersion and waterborne amino resin. Baked and crosslinked at 140°C for 20 minutes. Coating performance reaches the same level as solvent-based amino baking paint: gloss greater than 90GU / hardness H-2H / adhesion grade 0. VOC less than 80g per liter meets environmental requirements. Widely used for eco-friendly baking paint coating of metal products such as hardware stamping parts / home appliance housings / metal shelves / bottle caps.

Curing process
مصنوع کی ضرورت کے مطابق اوون ڈرائی یا کمرے کے درجہ حرارت پر خود خشک کر کے مکمل کیورنگ یقینی بنائیں۔ اوون کے درجہ حرارت کو ±5°C میں یکساں رکھیں اور آہستہ آہستہ بڑھائیں تاکہ کوٹنگ عیب پیدا نہ ہو۔ کمرے کے درجہ حرارت پر کیور ہونے والی اقسام میں ہوا کی آمد و رفت اور مناسب نمی یقینی بنائیں۔
