KF-WF100 Water-Based Fluorocarbon Coating
KF-WF100 waterborne fluorocarbon coating is based on waterborne FEVE fluorocarbon resin combined with weather-resistant pigments and nano self-cleaning additives. The coating has weather resistance of more than 25 years with gloss retention greater than 80%. The C-F bond energy of 485kJ per mol gives the coating ultimate UV resistance and chemical media resistance. The zero-VOC waterborne formula is an environmentally friendly upgrade solution for solvent-based fluorocarbon coatings. Widely used in building curtain walls/steel structures/bridges and other high-end applications requiring ultra-long weather resistance life.

25-Year Weather Resistance · FEVE Waterborne Fluorocarbon
The C-F bonds in the main chain of waterborne FEVE fluorocarbon resin provide ultimate chemical inertness and UV stability. QUV resistance greater than 8000h with gloss retention greater than 80%. Artificial accelerated aging equivalent to 25 years testing shows the coating does not crack/chalk/significantly discolor. It is the preferred topcoat for ultra-long weather resistance life in architectural and industrial coating applications.
Zero VOC · First Choice for Green Buildings
The waterborne formula with zero VOC meets the strictest environmental standards. It has passed China Environmental Labeling and LEED green building certification. Combined with waterborne epoxy primer and waterborne fluorocarbon intermediate coat, it forms an all-waterborne ultra-weather-resistant coating system, contributing to green building and carbon neutrality goals.
Self-Cleaning and Anti-Fouling · Looks New After Rain
Nano self-cleaning additives make the coating surface water contact angle greater than 90 degrees. Rainwater rolls off the coating surface taking away dust and pollutants. Stain resistance is less than 5%, far superior to conventional coatings. The building appearance remains clean and new throughout its 25-year service life.

Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
We test all indicators including film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. We conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. After all tests pass, we issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship the product in dust-free packaging.
