KF-AS500 Anti-Static Epoxy Floor
KeXin KF-AS500 Anti-Static Epoxy Floor Coating incorporates special conductive fillers (conductive carbon fiber/conductive mica/metal powder) into the epoxy self-leveling system, giving the coating stable and lasting static dissipation capability. A supporting embedded grounding copper foil grid system safely directs static electricity into the ground. It is widely used in precision manufacturing and working environments that are electrostatic-sensitive (ESDS) and require ESD protection, such as electronic component manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, SMT placement, data centers, and military explosive ordnance workshops.

Electronic cleanrooms require daily wiping and cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and deionized water. The coating has good tolerance to commonly used electronic industry cleaning agents and disinfectants. Repeated wiping will not cause resistance values to increase or coating damage. The surface is smooth and non-porous with no particle shedding, avoiding contamination of the cleanroom environment.
Permanent Anti-Static · No Degradation
Unlike surface-applied anti-static liquids (which require reapplication every 3-6 months), conductive fillers are built into the entire coating thickness. Even if slight surface wear exposes new coating surface, the same static dissipative performance is maintained. Substrate Preparation
Grind or shot-blast the concrete floor to remove laitance. Fill cracks and potholes with conductive repair mortar. Substrate moisture content<8%强度≥C25。按Design图纸预放铜箔网格位置线。清理灰尘后用Industrial吸尘器彻底吸净。
Copper foil grid installation
Install self-adhesive copper foil grid at 3-6m spacing. Solder the copper foil intersections to ensure electrical continuity. Lead out one end of the copper foil grid and connect to the building grounding terminal or an independent grounding electrode. Measure the grounding resistance before roller-applying the conductive primer to cover the copper foil grid<10Ω。
Conductive Primer Application
Apply one uniform roller coat of conductive primer to cover the copper foil grid. The primer must completely cover the copper foil and firmly bond to the substrate. After the primer dries, perform an initial resistance test to ensure the conductive continuity of the primer layer. Measure the resistance to ground in each area separately and keep data records.
Anti-Static Topcoat Application
Trowel anti-static epoxy self-leveling topcoat to the design thickness of 2-3mm. During application, strictly monitor that the copper foil grid is not displaced or damaged. After the topcoat is completed, use a defoaming roller to remove air bubbles. Construction ambient temperature 15-30°C relative humidity<75%。
System Testing and Acceptance
After the topcoat is fully cured for 7 days, perform system testing according to IEC 61340 standard. Use a 100V test voltage to measure the resistance between any two points (RTT) and point-to-ground resistance (RTG). No fewer than 5 measurement points per measurement area. After all pass, issue an anti-static floor system acceptance report.
