KF-CF100 Cable Fire Retardant Coating
KF-CF100 Cable Fireproof Coating is based on waterborne acrylic emulsion and intumescent flame retardant system. Under flame or high temperature, the coating rapidly expands to form a dense char layer that insulates heat and oxygen, preventing flame spread along cables. Oxygen index greater than 45 / Flame retardant V0 grade / Low smoke and non-toxic. Widely used for fire protection coating of power/communication/control/ship cables.

Cable Fireproof Coating is a special fireproof coating developed by KeXin New Material. Designed according to GB 14907 and ISO 834 standards, the coating expands in fire to form a dense char layer, effectively blocking heat conduction, buying valuable time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue.
The product has passed national fire protection 3C certification and UL international certification, with fire resistance limit of 1-3 hours. Suitable for steel structures, concrete structures, cables and other buildings and industrial facilities requiring passive fire protection.

Intumescent Flame Retardant · V0 Grade
The coating rapidly expands to 20-30 times its original thickness upon exposure to fire, forming a dense carbonized foam layer. The carbonized layer has a thermal conductivity of only 0.05W/mK, effectively blocking flame heat propagation. Oxygen index greater than 45, flame retardant UL94 V0 grade. According to GB/T18380 cable combustion test, flame does not spread.
Waterborne Eco-friendly · Low Smoke Non-toxic
Waterborne acrylic system, no solvent volatilization during application, VOC less than 50g per liter. The coating does not produce toxic smoke or corrosive gases in flames. Passed IMO FTP Code ship cable fire test and NES713 toxicity index test. Suitable for cable fire protection in enclosed spaces and densely populated areas.
Strong Adhesion · Good Flexibility
The coating has good adhesion to PVC/PE/XLPE/rubber and other cable sheath materials without peeling off. Good flexibility, does not crack when cable bends. Can be applied by brushing/dipping/spraying, adapting to cable bundles of different diameters and shapes. Single coat film thickness 0.5-1mm, multiple coats to achieve fire protection required film thickness.

Xử lý bề mặt
Làm sạch nền hoàn toàn khỏi dầu và gỉ. Phun cát thép đạt Sa2.5. Xử lý sơ bộ theo yêu cầu sản phẩm, giữ nền sạch. Nhiệt độ 5-40°C, độ ẩm tương đối<85%。
Sơn lót / xử lý trước
Chọn sơn lót/xử lý trước theo nền và hệ sơn. Pha đúng tỷ lệ, kiểm soát độ dày. Tiếp tục khi sơn lót khô; tô tăng cường vị trí trọng yếu.
Thi công lớp chính
Thi công lớp chính theo quy trình, kiểm soát nghiêm ngặt độ dày, nhiệt ẩm và flash-off để màng đều, không chảy xệ hay lỗ nhỏ.
Quá trình đóng rắn
Bảo đảm đóng rắn hoàn toàn bằng sấy lò hoặc tự khô ở nhiệt độ thường theo yêu cầu sản phẩm. Giữ nhiệt độ lò đồng đều trong ±5°C và nâng nhiệt từ từ để tránh khuyết tật màng sơn. Với loại đóng rắn thường, bảo đảm thông gió và độ ẩm phù hợp.
Kiểm tra và nghiệm thu
Kiểm tra toàn bộ chỉ tiêu: chiều dày màng khô, độ bám dính, độ bóng, chênh lệch màu và khả năng chịu hóa chất. Thử nghiệm hiệu năng đầy đủ được thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn liên quan. Chỉ sau khi tất cả đạt mới xuất báo cáo kiểm nghiệm và phiếu bảo hành, hàng đóng gói sạch bụi rồi xuất xưởng.
