I. Pre-application preparation — Substrate inspection and treatment

1Substrate inspection and preparation standard

Preparation standard:New walls cured for at least 28 days; substrate firm and level

Roughness requirement:per product requirements

Cleanliness requirement:Free of oil, dust and loose particles

Moisture content:Moisture content<10%

pH value：pH<10

Body filler application:Apply 2–3 coats of water-resistant putty and sand smooth.

Primer application:Apply one coat of alkali-resistant sealing primer

2Paint preparation and mixing

Mixing method:Mix evenly with an electric stirrer

Thinning：Dilute with 5-10% clean water as needed (water-borne paint)

3Environmental condition check

Application temperature:5-35°C

Relative humidity:relative humidity ≤85%

Weather requirements:Avoid applying outdoors on rainy or windy days.

II. Application procedure — Selection of coating method

4. Safety and environmental requirements
⚠ Water-borne paint is low-VOC; good ventilation suffices
⚠ PPE: mask + goggles + gloves
⚠ Wear a safety harness for work at height.
⚠ Leftover paint must not be poured down the drain
