The product has passed rigorous salt spray testing (>1000h) and adhesion testing (>5MPa), and with a complete base-intermediate-topcoat system, it can provide long-lasting protection for 15-25 years. Kexin provides free coating design solutions and technical support services.

施工流程
Surface treatment
基材彻底清洁去除油污锈蚀氧化皮。钢材喷砂至Sa2.5级粗糙度Rz40-75μm。铝材酸洗钝化处理。环境温度5-40°C相对湿度<85%。
Primer application
根据涂料体系和基材选择配套底漆。严格按产品比例调配控制膜厚。底漆干燥后进行下道工序。关键工程部位进行预涂和加强处理。
Topcoat application
面漆精密喷涂或辊涂2-3道。每道充分闪干控制膜厚30-50μm。确保颜色均匀一致无流挂针孔。复杂部位手工预涂保证全覆盖。
Curing process
按产品要求烘烤或常温自干完全固化。烘箱温度均匀性±5°C逐步升温。常温固化型保证环境通风和湿度。固化后自然冷却。
Inspection and Acceptance
检测膜厚/附着力/光泽/色差/耐化学品性。按ISO/GB标准进行全面性能检测。全部合格后出具检测报告和质保书无尘包装出货。
