镁合金防腐涂料是客信新材料按 ISO12944 标准设计的重防腐涂料。采用优质树脂和高性能防锈颜料科学配制,具有优异的防腐蚀性能和附着力。广泛用于钢结构、桥梁、石化、船舶等重防腐领域的防护涂装。
The product has passed rigorous salt spray testing (>1000h) and adhesion testing (>5MPa), and with a complete base-intermediate-topcoat system, it can provide long-lasting protection for 15-25 years. Kexin provides free coating design solutions and technical support services.

施工流程
Surface treatment
基材表面彻底清洁去除油污/氧化皮/脱模剂。金属基材喷砂至Sa2.5级。塑料基材用专用清洁剂擦拭。木材表面打磨平整修补缺陷。旧基层清除松脱旧涂层。
底涂/封闭
根据基材和涂料体系选择配套底漆或封闭底漆。底漆增强面漆附着力封闭基材孔隙。严格按产品比例调配控制膜厚10-15μm。烘烤或自干后检查底漆无缺陷方可进入下道工序。
面涂/效果层施工
面漆精密喷涂或手工施工2-3道。每道充分闪干控制膜厚30-50μm。艺术效果涂料采用批刀/搓板/海绵等专用工具塑造纹理和层次。金属闪光漆最后一道控制闪光效果均匀一致。
干燥/固化
按产品要求温度烘烤或常温自干完全固化。烘箱温度均匀性±5°C逐步升温避免涂层缺陷。UV涂料过UV固化机800-1200mJ/cm²。固化后自然冷却至室温进行性能检测。
检验/保护
完全固化后检测光泽/附着力/硬度/色差/耐化学品性。艺术涂料检查纹理效果一致性。全部合格后用无尘材料保护包装出货。附带批次检测报告和质保书。
