KF-NF100采用全氟聚醚(PFPE)硅烷偶联剂通过PVD蒸镀或喷涂工艺在玻璃表面形成5-15nm超薄全氟涂层。表面能<12mN/m水接触角>115°指纹油脂难以附着轻易擦拭。钢丝绒耐磨>50万次。广泛用于3C电子盖板玻璃和光学镜片。

PFPE主链为-CF2-CF2-O-全氟醚结构表面能<12mN/m为已知最低表面能材料。水油接触角>115°呈球形滚落(Lotus Effect)。指纹油脂无法铺展附着轻易擦拭不留痕迹。涂层透光率>99%不影响玻璃光学性能。

施工流程

基材清洁

基材表面用无水乙醇彻底清洁去除油污灰尘。光学玻璃需等离子进一步活化表面。塑料基材可选火焰或等离子预处理。确保基材表面绝对洁净无残留。

底涂/附着力促进

根据基材类型涂覆纳米附着力促进底涂或硅烷偶联剂。通过化学键合增强纳米涂层与基材界面结合力。PVD工艺不需底涂直接在真空腔内完成。底涂干燥5-10min。

纳米涂层施工

根据涂层类型采用喷涂/浸涂/旋涂/擦涂/PVD等工艺。防指纹油PVD蒸镀或喷涂+高温固化。自清洁涂层喷涂后室温固化。ITO涂层磁控溅射沉积。精确控制膜厚5-500nm。

固化与后处理

按涂层要求热固化(80-150°C/15-60min)或UV固化(800-1200mJ/cm²)。部分涂层需恒温恒湿条件确保均匀成膜。固化后自然冷却至室温进行性能检测。

检测接触角/透光率/雾度/附着力/耐磨性/方块电阻等关键指标。全部性能合格后用无尘材料包装出货。附带批次检测报告和质保书。
