KF-TS100热喷锌涂层采用电弧喷涂(Arc Spray)或火焰喷涂(Flame Spray)工艺将高纯度锌丝(99.99%Zn)熔融雾化后喷射在钢材表面形成100-200μm的锌涂层。按ISO 2063标准施工锌涂层+封闭漆+面漆可提供50年以上长效防腐。广泛用于桥梁/闸门/海上风电/输电铁塔。

电弧喷涂高效施工

电弧喷涂以两根锌丝为电极在喷嘴处产生电弧将锌丝熔融。压缩空气(0.5-0.7MPa)将熔融锌雾化并喷射到钢材表面。喷涂效率高(单枪>10m²/h)适合大面积钢结构施工。也可采用火焰喷涂工艺以氧-乙炔火焰熔融锌丝。

施工流程

Surface treatment

Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast the steel to Sa2.5 grade with a roughness of Rz40-75μm. Remove all contaminants to ensure a clean surface. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。

Primer/Pretreatment

Select the appropriate primer or pretreatment process based on the coating system and substrate. Strictly control the film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried. Apply a reinforcing pre-coat to critical areas.

Main coating application

Apply the main coating according to the process requirements. Strictly control parameters such as film thickness, ambient temperature and humidity, and flash-off time. Ensure a uniform coating free of runs and pinholes. For complex areas, perform manual pre-coating to ensure full coverage.

Curing process

Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature with gradual increases of ±5°C. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.

Inspection and Acceptance

Test film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. Conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. Upon successful completion of all tests, issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship in dust-free packaging.
