Epoxy self-leveling floor coating is a high-performance industrial floor coating developed by KeXin New Material. It offers excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance, and chemical resistance. It is widely used for floor decoration and protection in industrial plants, underground garages, commercial spaces, and similar locations.
After construction, the floor is seamless, easy to clean, beautiful and durable, with a design service life of over 10 years. Different functional models such as anti-slip, anti-static, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion can be selected according to usage requirements. KeXin provides free floor survey and scheme design services.

The surface is smooth, dense, and stain-resistant; daily cleaning only requires wiping with a damp mop. Resistant to repeated scrubbing with conventional disinfectants (75% alcohol/sodium hypochlorite/hydrogen peroxide) without corrosion or loss of gloss.

Comprehensive Chemical Corrosion Resistance
Good resistance to conventional acid, alkali, and salt solutions, machine oil, hydraulic oil, cutting fluid, gasoline, diesel, and other industrial media (30d immersion without change). The dense, highly crosslinked coating film effectively prevents chemicals from penetrating into the substrate. Particularly suitable for harsh floor environments requiring chemical corrosion protection, such as chemical plant areas, electroplating workshops, and laboratories.
Unification of Decorative and Functional Properties
Can be formulated in all RAL color card shades and custom color matching to customer samples. Multiple gloss options available: high gloss/semi-gloss/matte. Combined with colored sand and quartz aggregates, anti-slip and decorative effects can be achieved. Combined with conductive carbon black filler, an anti-static system can be derived. Combined with antimicrobial agents, grade 0 mildew resistance can be achieved. It is an all-purpose flooring solution that perfectly unifies functionality and decoration.

Preparo do substrato

Selador de fundo
Apply epoxy primer or dedicated sealing primer evenly by roller in 1-2 coats. The low-viscosity formula ensures deep penetration and sealing of concrete capillaries. After the primer dries for 4-8h (25°C), the next process can proceed. For damp substrates, use moisture-curing primer. Primer consumption 0.15-0.2kg/m².
Middle coat/main body construction
Epoxy middle coat mixed with quartz sand (80-120 mesh) is applied by troweling for leveling or by troweling self-leveling to the design thickness. Waterproof coating is applied by cross-hatch method in 2-3 coats to ensure no missed spots. For anti-static systems, embedded grounding copper foil grid. The interval between each coat shall be strictly controlled according to product requirements.
Topcoat application
Epoxy/polyurethane topcoat applied by roller or trowel in 1-2 coats. Strictly control environmental conditions: temperature 15-30°C, relative humidity<75%。Camada final完成后立即用消泡滚筒排除气泡。AntistaticTopcoat接地端子同步连接。Camada final完成后72h内避免灰尘和水。
Curing Acceptance
After construction is completed, cure at 25°C for 7 days to reach full cure. Inspection items: appearance free of blistering and cracking/gloss/hardness/adhesion/flatness. For anti-static flooring, test surface resistance (10⁶-10⁹Ω). The waterproof layer shall undergo a 24h water ponding test with no leakage. Issue an acceptance report.
