KF-EW100 Exterior Wall Latex Paint
KF-EW100 exterior wall latex paint is based on pure acrylic and silicone-acrylic emulsions with imported rutile titanium dioxide. The coating offers more than 15 years of weatherability and over 2,000 h of artificial ageing resistance. It is self-cleaning and stain-resistant: rain washes the surface and dirt resistance stays below 10%. Approved to the premium grade of GB/T 9755, it is widely used for the decoration and protection of residential, commercial and public building façades.

Exterior wall latex paint is a high-performance water-based, environmentally friendly interior wall coating launched by Kexin New Materials. Its core film-forming binder is an odourless styrene-acrylic emulsion, refined with imported rutile titanium dioxide and eco-friendly additives. It is manufactured to the premium grade of GB/T 9756 and to the GB 18582 environmental standard.
Its odourless, zero-VOC technology releases almost no irritating smell while painting, and the room can be occupied safely 24 hours after application. It also works against bacteria and mould, making it especially suitable for children's rooms, hospitals and schools where air quality matters most.

Self-cleaning and stain-resistant · clean the moment rain falls
A nano-scale hydrophilic film forms on the surface, so the rainwater contact angle stays below 30°. Rainwater spreads evenly over the coating and washes dust and pollutants away. Dirt resistance below 10% is far better than the GB/T 9755 requirement of below 20%, keeping the façade looking fresh through the years.
Green and eco-friendly · safe application
The water-based formula contains less than 50 g/L of VOC, far below the national limit. It is non-combustible and non-explosive, so storage and transport need no hazardous-chemicals licence. Rollers, spray and brushes can all be used, with high efficiency: 80–100 m² per worker-day.

Surface preparation
Clean substrates thoroughly of oil and rust. Blast steel to Sa2.5. Pre-treat per product spec to keep the substrate clean. Ambient 5-40°C, relative humidity<85%。
Primer / pre-treatment
Select the matching primer or pre-treatment per substrate and system. Mix strictly at the stated ratio and control DFT. Proceed after the primer dries; pre-stripe critical areas.
Main-coat application
Apply the main coat per the process spec, strictly controlling DFT, temperature/humidity and flash-off to keep the film uniform without sagging or pinholes.
Curing process
Cure fully by stoving or by ambient air drying as the product requires. Keep oven temperature uniform within ±5°C and ramp up gradually to avoid coating defects. For ambient-curing grades, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection & acceptance
Inspect all parameters: dry film thickness, adhesion, gloss, colour difference and chemical resistance. Full performance testing is carried out against the relevant standards. Only after everything passes are the test report and warranty issued, and the goods are packed and shipped in dust-free conditions.
