KF-ST100 Natural Stone Texture Paint
KF-ST100 Real Stone Paint uses natural colored quartz sand and silicone-acrylic emulsion as base materials to form a granite/marble-like decorative effect on building exterior walls through spray application. Simulation fidelity greater than 95%, weight only 1/20 of stone. Weather resistance greater than 20 years, widely used for exterior wall stone-like decoration of residential/villa/commercial buildings, replacing dry-hung stone and exterior wall tiles.

High Simulation Fidelity·Replaces Dry-Hung Stone
Natural colored quartz sand aggregate particle size 1.2-3.0mm combined with silicone-acrylic high weather resistance emulsion. After spraying, it forms a texture and feel almost identical to natural granite, with a simulation degree greater than 95%. The weight is only 3-5kg per square meter, which is 1/20 of dry-hung stone, greatly reducing building load and construction costs.
Super weather resistance · no fading for 20 years
The Si-O bond in the main chain of silicone-acrylic emulsion has a bond energy of 452kJ/mol, resistant to ultraviolet rays and acid rain erosion. The coating has weather resistance greater than 20 years and resistance to artificial aging greater than 3000h. Inorganic colored sand is naturally weathered and screened, and its color never fades. Adhesion greater than 1.5MPa, no peeling and no blistering.
Spray construction · high efficiency
Special real stone paint spray gun with nozzle diameter 4-6mm and compressed air pressure 0.6-0.8MPa. Spraying area per workday is 80-120 square meters. It is matched with same-color primer and clear topcoat to form a weather-resistant real stone paint coating system. Convenient construction and simple repair.

Curing process
