KF-WD400 Nitrocellulose Wood Lacquer uses nitrocellulose as the main film-forming substance. Extremely fast surface drying (10-15min), short construction cycle. The film is easy to sand and polish, and can be layered coat by coat to achieve deep gloss. It can be re-dissolved by solvent for convenient later repair and renovation. The substrate surface must be thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, dust, and old coatings. The moisture content of wood should be controlled within the range of 8-12%. Metal substrates should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade. The wall base should be flat and dry, apply 2-3 coats of water-resistant putty and sand smooth. Remove loose coatings from old substrates and repair defects.

[Product Spec] Select a compatible primer or sealing primer according to the substrate and coating system. Wood sealing primer prevents resin and pigment from bleeding out. Metal primer enhances adhesion and rust prevention. Wall sealing primer prevents substrate water absorption from affecting the effect. Proceed to the next process after the primer dries.
