Zero VOC Waterborne Eco-Friendly · Safe Indoor Application
Water is used as the dispersion medium and diluent, with no organic solvents and zero VOC. No odor or irritating gas is released during application. Application tools can be cleaned with clean water. It is especially suitable for interior space coating applications with strict air quality requirements, such as hospitals, schools, food factories, and underground garages.
Waterborne epoxy two-component high performance
Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion and waterborne amine curing agent are mixed on site. After curing, a three-dimensional crosslinked network is formed, and the coating film performance approaches the level of solvent-based epoxy. Adhesion >5MPa, salt spray resistance >240h, acid, alkali, and chemical resistance. Waterborne epoxy balances environmental friendliness and anti-corrosion protection performance.
Ideal solution for indoor steel structure anti-corrosion
Indoor steel structures, industrial floors, storage tank inner walls, equipment anti-corrosion, and other industrial environments not directly exposed outdoors. The coating is resistant to water, oil, and weak acid and alkali solutions. Mold resistance grade 0, suitable for humid environments such as underground garages, warehouses, and factories. Complies with GB/T 22374 and GB 18581 indoor environmental protection standards.

ApplicationProcess
Preparo de superfície
Thoroughly degrease and degrease the substrate, clean to remove oxide scale, oil stains, and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade with roughness Rz40-75μm. Acid pickling and passivation or chromate treatment for aluminum. Remove all contaminants to ensure the surface is clean with no residue. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity<85%。
Primer / pré-tratamento
Select a matching primer or pretreatment based on the substrate and system. Powder coatings can be applied directly to sandblasted substrates without a primer. Water-based paints require a dedicated water-based primer to seal the substrate. Strictly control primer film thickness and drying conditions according to product requirements.
Aplicação da camada principal
Powder coatings are applied evenly by electrostatic spraying (corona or tribo). Water-based industrial paints are applied by high-pressure airless spraying or air spraying. Strictly control application parameters such as film thickness/environmental temperature and humidity/flash-off time. Before baking, check that the coating is uniform with no missed areas and no sagging.
Baking Curing
Powder coatings are baked at 180-200°C for 10-20min to fully cure, melt, level, and form a film. Water-based paints are low-temperature baked at 60-80°C or air-dried at room temperature. Oven temperature uniformity ±5°C, gradually increase temperature to avoid pinholes and bubbles. After curing, naturally cool to room temperature.
Inspeção e embalagem
Test performance indicators such as film thickness/gloss/adhesion/hardness/impact resistance/salt spray resistance. For powder coatings, check coating uniformity and degree of cure (solvent rub method). For water-based paints, check water resistance and weather resistance. After all pass, package and ship in a dust-free manner.
