Surface preparation
Thoroughly clean substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade with roughness Rz40-75μm. Acid pickling and passivation treatment for aluminum. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity<85%。
Primer application
Choose the primer suited to the coating system and substrate. Mix strictly at the specified ratio and control film thickness. Proceed after the primer dries; pre-coat and reinforce critical areas.
Topcoat application
Precision spray or roller coat topcoat 2-3 passes. Allow each pass to flash off sufficiently and control film thickness at 30-50μm. Ensure uniform color with no sagging or pinholes. Manually pre-coat complex areas to ensure full coverage.
Curing process
Bake or air-dry at room temperature for complete curing per product requirements. Oven temperature uniformity ±5°C with gradual heating. For room-temperature curing type, ensure ambient ventilation and humidity. Allow to cool naturally after curing.
Inspection & acceptance
Test film thickness/adhesion/gloss/color difference/chemical resistance. Conduct comprehensive performance testing per ISO/GB standards. After all pass, issue test report and warranty certificate, then dust-free packaging and shipping.
