KF-WE100 waterborne epoxy ester coating is a one-component self-drying system based on waterborne epoxy ester resin. The coating offers excellent anti-rust performance and strong adhesion. It uses water as thinner with zero VOC and is easy to apply. Widely used for environmentally friendly anti-rust coating of general industrial steel structures, mechanical equipment, and metal products.

Waterborne epoxy ester resin achieves water dispersibility by introducing hydrophilic groups. The one-component self-drying system is ready to use upon opening without on-site mixing of curing agent. The drying mechanism is water evaporation plus oxidative crosslinking. It is easy to apply without strict mixing ratios, suitable for general industrial coating.
Excellent Anti-rust · Solvent-based Alternative
The coating's anti-rust performance is comparable to solvent-based alkyd paint, with salt spray resistance greater than 240h. It has good adhesion to both blasted steel and manually derusted steel. It is the most direct waterborne alternative to solvent-based anti-rust paint, with VOC reduction greater than 90%.
Cost-effective · First Choice for General Industrial Coating

सतह तैयारी
सब्सट्रेट को तेल व जंग से पूर्ण साफ़ करें। स्टील को Sa2.5 तक ब्लास्ट करें। उत्पाद विनिर्देश अनुसार पूर्व-उपचार करें। परिवेश 5-40°C, सापेक्ष आर्द्रता<85%。
प्राइमर / पूर्व-उपचार
सब्सट्रेट व प्रणाली अनुसार प्राइमर/पूर्व-उपचार चुनें। अनुपात-सटीक मिश्रण व DFT नियंत्रण। सुखने के बाद अगला चरण; संवेदनशील स्थानों पर प्री-स्ट्राइप।
मुख्य कोट एप्लिकेशन
प्रक्रिया अनुसार मुख्य कोट लगाएँ; DFT, ताप-आर्द्रता व फ़्लैश-ऑफ़ कड़ाई से नियंत्रित ताकि फ़िल्म समान हो, बहाव/पिनहोल नहीं।
उपचार प्रक्रिया
उत्पाद की आवश्यकता के अनुसार स्टोविंग या वातांश सूखने द्वारा पूर्ण क्योरिंग सुनिश्चित करें। ओवन के तापमान को ±5°C में एकसमान रखें तथा धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाएँ ताकि कोटिंग दोष न हों। वातांश-क्योर होने वाली ग्रेड में पर्याप्त वायु-विनिमय एवं उपयुक्त आर्द्रता रखें।
निरीक्षण और स्वीकृति
सभी मापदंडों की जाँच: शुष्क-फिल्म मोटाई, आलेपन-संलग्नता, चमक, वर्ण-अंतर एवं रासायनिक प्रतिरोध। प्रासंगिक मानकों के अनुसार पूर्ण कार्यक्षमता परीक्षण किया जाता है। सभी शर्तें उत्तीर्ण होने के पश्चात् ही परीक्षण रिपोर्ट एवं वारंटी जारी की जाती है और वस्तु धूल-रहित पैकेजिंग में प्रेषित की जाती है।
