Using premium resins and eco-friendly solvents/water as the medium, it offers high transparency, a full film, a fine feel, and fast drying. Widely used for coating wood products such as furniture, flooring, and wooden doors.

Zero VOC, waterborne, eco-friendly, non-toxic
Uses water as the dispersion medium, contains no organic solvents, zero VOC. No odor and no irritating gas release during application and curing. Passes EN 71-3 and GB 18581 environmental standards. Especially suitable for coating interior wood products with strict air quality requirements, such as children's room furniture/kindergarten toys/hospital wards.

At 25°C, surface dry in 2h and hard dry in 8h, 2-3 times faster than traditional solvent-based coatings. Application tools can be cleaned with clean water without organic solvents, reducing VOC emissions and cleaning costs. 2-3 coats can be completed within one day, greatly shortening the construction cycle.
Preserves the natural beauty of wood grain
The clear coat has high transparency and does not yellow, perfectly showcasing the natural wood grain and color. The white paint has strong hiding power with whiteness >92% and does not yellow. The colored paint offers rich colors and can be blended to the full RAL color range. The paint film has good flexibility and will not crack with the thermal expansion and contraction of the wood.

सतह तैयारी
Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove oil, dust, and old coating. Control wood moisture content within 8-12%. Sandblast metal substrates to Sa2.5 level. Apply 2-3 coats of waterproof putty on flat, dry wall surfaces, sanding smooth between coats. Remove loose old coating and repair defects on existing surfaces.
प्राइमर / सीलिंग
Select a compatible primer or sealer based on the substrate and coating system. Wood sealer prevents resin and pigment bleeding. Metal primer enhances adhesion and prevents rust. Wall sealer prevents substrate water absorption affecting results. Allow primer to dry before proceeding to the next step.
टॉपकोट / प्रभाव-परत लेपन
[उत्पाद विनिर्देश] टॉपकोट का सटीक spraying या हस्त application 2-3 कोट। प्रत्येक कोट में पर्याप्त फ्लैश-ड्राई करके फिल्म की मोटाई नियंत्रित करें। कलात्मक प्रभाव वाले कोटिंग्स के लिए स्क्रैपर/ट्रॉवेल/स्पंज आदि विशेष उपकरणों का उपयोग करके बनावट और परतें बनाएं। प्रत्येक कोट के बीच के अंतराल समय और application पर्यावरणीय स्थितियों को कड़ाई से नियंत्रित करें।
सूखना / क्योरिंग
[Product Spec] उत्पाद की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार बेक करें या सामान्य तापमान पर स्वयं सूखने दें full cure। ओवन का तापमान समान रूप से धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाएं ताकि coating film दोष से बचा जा सके। UV कोटिंग को UV क्योरिंग मशीन से गुजारकर तुरंत क्योर करें। सामान्य तापमान पर क्योर होने वाले प्रकार के लिए पर्यावरणीय वेंटिलेशन और उपयुक्त आर्द्रता सुनिश्चित करें। क्योर होने के बाद प्राकृतिक रूप से ठंडा करें।
जाँच / संरक्षण
After full cure, test gloss, adhesion, hardness, color difference, and chemical resistance. For artistic coatings, inspect texture consistency and overall aesthetics. After all tests pass, package with dust-free protective materials for shipment. Include batch test report and warranty certificate.
