Lithium silicate/sodium silicate solution penetrates 5-8mm deep into the concrete capillaries. It reacts with Ca(OH)2 to form C-S-H gel (the main source of strength in cement hydration), filling pores and increasing density. Surface Mohs hardness increases from 3-4 to 7-8, reaching the hardness level of quartz (a granite component). The chemical reaction is permanent and irreversible, effective for a lifetime after a single application.

Surface preparation
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade. Perform surface pretreatment according to product requirements to ensure the substrate is clean. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity<85%。
Primer application
Select the primer matched to the coating system and substrate. Mix strictly at the product ratio and control film thickness. Proceed to the next step after the primer dries. Pre-apply reinforcement at critical areas.
Main-coat application
Carry out the main coating application according to process requirements. Strictly control construction parameters such as film thickness/environmental temperature and humidity/flash-off time. Ensure the coating is uniform and consistent with no sagging or pinholes. Manually pre-coat complex areas to ensure full coverage.
Curing process
Cure fully by stoving or by ambient air drying as the product requires. Keep oven temperature uniform within ±5°C and ramp up gradually to avoid coating defects. For ambient-curing grades, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection & acceptance
Inspect DFT, adhesion, gloss, colour deviation and chemical resistance against the relevant standards; issue test report and warranty after full pass, then pack in clean-room conditions.
