施工流程
Surface treatment
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade. Perform surface pretreatment according to product requirements to ensure substrate cleanliness. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。
Primer/Pretreatment
Select a suitable primer or pretreatment based on the substrate and product system. Strictly control film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried. Apply a reinforcing pre-coat to critical areas.
Main coating application
Apply the main coating according to the process requirements. Strictly control application parameters such as film thickness, ambient temperature and humidity, and flash-off time. Ensure a uniform coating free of runs and pinholes.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
We test all indicators including film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. We conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards.
