KF-BO100 boiler-specific high-temperature resistant paint uses silicone-modified alkyd resin as a base material combined with heat-resistant and rust-proof pigments. The coating can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Celsius for short periods). It is resistant to sulfur-containing flue gas and high-temperature steam without peeling or chalking. It is widely used for high-temperature rust prevention and decorative coating of the exterior walls of various industrial boilers, power plant boilers, waste heat boilers, and thermal oil boilers.

The silicone-modified resin balances heat resistance and adhesion. It maintains a long-term temperature resistance of 350 degrees Celsius, meeting the typical surface temperature requirements of 200-300 degrees Celsius for boiler exteriors. It withstands short-term temperatures up to 450 degrees Celsius without failure, handling boiler start-up, shutdown, and peak operating conditions. The coating exhibits minimal high-temperature discoloration, consistently maintaining its aesthetic quality.

Sulfur-resistant and steam-resistant boiler environment

The coating is resistant to sulfur-containing flue gas (SO2/SO3) and does not corrode, preventing sulfate spots from forming. It resists high-temperature steam penetration without bubbling or peeling. The coating is resistant to hot oil/heat transfer oil splashing and does not soften. It is suitable for various flue gas environments in boilers using coal, oil, gas, biomass, and other fuels.

Bottom surface matching system protection

A complete coating system is formed by combining it with an inorganic zinc-rich or epoxy heat-resistant primer. The primer provides cathodic protection and adhesion, while the topcoat provides heat resistance and decorative properties. The coating system is designed for a service life of 8-12 years. Surface treatment

Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade. Perform surface pretreatment according to product requirements to ensure substrate cleanliness. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。

Primer/Pretreatment

Select a suitable primer or pretreatment based on the substrate and product system. Strictly control film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried. Apply a reinforcing pre-coat to critical areas.

Main coating application

Apply the main coating according to the process requirements. Strictly control application parameters such as film thickness, ambient temperature and humidity, and flash-off time. Ensure a uniform coating free of runs and pinholes.

Curing process

Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.

Inspection and Acceptance

We test all indicators including film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, and chemical resistance. We conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards.
