施工流程

Surface treatment

基材彻底清洁去除油污锈蚀氧化皮。钢材喷砂至Sa2.5级。按产品要求进行表面预处理确保基材洁净。环境温度5-40°C相对湿度<85%。

Primer application

根据涂料体系和基材选择配套底漆。严格按产品比例调配控制膜厚。底漆干燥后进行下道工序。关键工程部位预涂加强处理。

Main coating application

按工艺要求进行主涂施工。严格控制膜厚/环境温湿度/闪干时间等施工参数。确保涂层均匀一致无流挂针孔。复杂部位手工预涂保证全覆盖。

Curing process

Bake or air dry at room temperature until fully cured according to product requirements. Maintain a uniform oven temperature (±5°C) and gradually increase the temperature to avoid coating defects. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.

Inspection and Acceptance

Test film thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference, chemical resistance, and other indicators. Conduct comprehensive performance testing according to relevant standards. Upon successful completion of all tests, issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship in dust-free packaging.
