This two-component epoxy resin with amine curing agent exhibits extremely high crosslinking density. The steel-to-steel lap shear strength exceeds 20 MPa (ISO 4587), achieving structural bonding levels. Multi-substrate universal bonding

It also shows some adhesion to oiled steel surfaces (oil shear > 15MPa), reducing surface treatment requirements.
Fatigue resistance and aging resistance
Epoxy structural adhesives exhibit excellent fatigue resistance (fatigue strength >8 MPa after 1 million cycles). They are resistant to water, salt spray, oil, and solvents. Temperature resistance ranges from -40°C to 120°C. Service life is >50 years in building reinforcement applications.

施工流程
Surface treatment
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade. Perform surface pretreatment according to product requirements. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。
Primer/Pretreatment
Select the appropriate primer or pretreatment based on the substrate and product system. Strictly control the film thickness by mixing according to the product ratio. Proceed to the next process after the primer has dried.
Main coating application
Apply the main coating according to the process requirements. Strictly control parameters such as film thickness, temperature, and humidity. Ensure a uniform coating free of sagging and pinholes.
Curing process
Bake or air dry at room temperature according to product requirements. Increase oven temperature gradually and evenly. For room temperature curing, ensure adequate ventilation and humidity.
Inspection and Acceptance
We test all indicators, including film thickness, adhesion, and gloss. Once all indicators pass, we issue a test report and quality assurance certificate, and ship the product in dust-free packaging.
