Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove oil, oxide scale, and mold release agent. Sandblast metal substrates to Sa2.5 grade. Wipe plastic substrates with a specialized cleaner. Sand wood surfaces smooth and repair defects. Remove loose old coatings from existing substrates.

Strictly mix according to the product ratio and control the film thickness to 10–15 μm. After baking or air drying, inspect the primer for defects before proceeding to the next process.
