High-temperature resistantCeramic coating
KF-HT100 High Temp Ceramic Coating
KF-HT100 high-temperature resistant ceramic coating utilizes sol-gel (Sol-Gel) nano-ceramic polymer technology. The organic-inorganic hybrid siloxane system forms a ceramic-like inorganic SiO₂ network after curing. It withstands temperatures up to 800°C, offers non-stick and easy-to-clean properties, has a hardness greater than 9H, and is zero VOC. It is widely used for non-stick and high-temperature resistant coating applications on cookware, baking trays, ovens, fireplaces, and industrial molds.
ProductsOverview
High-temperature resistant ceramic coating is a high-performance professional coating product developed and produced by Kexin New Materials. It is scientifically formulated with high-quality resin and imported pigments and fillers, offering excellent adhesion, durability, and application performance. It is widely used in industrial manufacturing, architectural decoration, automotive transportation, and other fields.
As a source coating factory, Kexin New Materials strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system in the formulation design, raw material procurement, and production filling of high-temperature resistant ceramic coatings. The products have passed environmental regulations certifications such as ROHS and REACH. Free sample testing and on-site guidance from technical engineers are provided.
Why choose heat-resistant ceramic coating?
CoreAdvantages
Sol-Gel nano-ceramic technology
The sol-gel method uses tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and organosilanes as precursors. Hydrolysis and polycondensation form a Si-O-Si three-dimensional inorganic network (ceramic-like structure). The coating hardness exceeds 9H (surpassing all organic coatings), with thermal resistance up to 800°C without discoloration or peeling. The surface is smooth and dense, with non-stick properties superior to traditional PTFE coatings.
Non-stick and easy to clean · Safe for food contact
The ceramic-like surface possesses natural non-stick properties (Lotus Effect). Frying eggs, making pancakes, or grilling meat results in no sticking or burning. Cleaning requires only a wipe with warm water. It contains no PTFE (Teflon), no PFOA, and no PFAS. Certified for food contact safety under FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and German LFGB standards. It is an eco-friendly and healthy alternative to PTFE coatings.
Heat-resistant applications: cookware, ovens, fireplaces
Non-stick pan/frying pan/soup pot/roasting pan interior. Oven and microwave oven interior. Outdoor BBQ grill. Fireplace and chimney interior. Rice cooker/electric griddle/bread maker interior. Industrial mold release coating. Automotive exhaust pipe ceramic coating. All coating applications requiring high temperature resistance + non-stick + food safety.
Professional coating technology support services
Kexin has an experienced coatings R&D and applications team that supports the whole process - substrate analysis, coating selection, optimisation of process parameters and on-site application guidance. Our engineers commission the coating parameters on your own production line so that finish quality and output are both optimised.
Eco-compliant green manufacturing system
All products are RoHS/REACH compliant and their VOC content meets national environmental standards. Waterborne and high-solids low-VOC formulations are continuously refined to keep pace with ever stricter environmental requirements. Environmental performance test reports issued by third-party authorities such as SGS and CTI are available on request.
Complete quality control and batch traceability
A quality-control system covering the whole process, from incoming raw materials to finished-goods dispatch. Every batch undergoes rigorous physico-chemical testing and simulated application trials. Batch numbers are traceable end to end, so raw-material sources and production data can be retrieved. Each shipment is released with a batch test report and a product warranty, so customers can use it with confidence.

Frequently AskedFAQ
ApplicationProcess
Surface preparation
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove oil, rust, and oxide scale. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 grade with a roughness of Rz40-75μm. Aluminum undergoes acid pickling and passivation treatment. Remove all contaminants to ensure a clean surface. Ambient temperature 5-40°C, relative humidity...<85%。
Primer application
Select a matched primer for the system and substrate. Mix strictly at the specified ratio and control film thickness. Apply the next coat after the primer dries. Pre-coat critical areas to ensure film integrity.
Topcoat application
Apply the topcoat by precision spraying or roller coating in 2-3 passes. Flash off fully between passes and keep the film thickness at 30-50 μm. The result is a uniform, consistent colour with no sagging or pinholes; complex areas are pre-coated by hand so that coverage is complete with no misses.
Curing process
Cure fully by stoving or by ambient air drying as the product requires. Keep oven temperature uniform within ±5°C and ramp up gradually to avoid coating defects. For ambient-curing grades, ensure adequate ventilation and suitable humidity.
Inspection & acceptance
Inspect DFT, adhesion, gloss, colour deviation and chemical resistance against the relevant standards; issue test report and warranty after full pass, then pack in clean-room conditions.
