4. Application Guide
Surface preparation
Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove oil and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 level (ISO 8501-1), with a surface roughness of 40-75 μm. For concrete substrates, check the moisture content.<6%，Sanding去除浮浆。旧Coating需清除松脱部分并拉毛deal with.
Paint mixing
Slowly add the curing agent (Component B) to the base material (Component A) according to the mixing ratio indicated on the product label, and mechanically stir for 3-5 minutes until uniform. Allow to stand for maturation for 10-15 minutes before use. Use within the specified pot life after mixing.
Application方法
Recommended air spraying (gun nozzle 1.5-2.0mm, pressure 0.4-0.6MPa) or airless spraying (nozzle 0.38-0.53mm, pressure 15-25MPa). Brush or roller application is suitable for small areas. Control each dry film thickness within the specified range.
Curing条件
Self-curing at room temperature (23°C), with relative humidity meeting requirements. Low temperature (<5°C)或高湿(>Construction is prohibited under conditions of 85% (humidity). Performance testing shall be conducted after complete curing.
