KF-PS200 Polysulfide Sealant
KF-PS200 polysulfide sealant is a two-component room temperature vulcanizing sealant based on liquid polysulfide rubber with manganese dioxide as the curing agent. After curing, the elastic sealing layer is resistant to water, oil, and chemicals. It is widely used for waterproof sealing of joints in concrete structures such as airport runways, bridge expansion joints, dams, and sewage treatment tanks.

Polysulfide Rubber · Exceptional Elasticity
The -S-S- disulfide bonds in the main chain of liquid polysulfide rubber give the sealant exceptional elasticity and recovery rate. Elongation at break is greater than 300%, and elastic recovery rate is greater than 90%. It can compensate for repeated displacement of concrete joints caused by temperature and load.
Resistant to Water, Oil, and Chemicals
Polysulfide sealant offers excellent water resistance, oil resistance (aviation kerosene/gasoline/diesel), and chemical resistance (10% acid and alkali solutions). It has good adhesion to concrete, steel, glass, and stone.
Room temperature vulcanization · Easy application
Two-component polysulfide sealant is mixed at a 10:1 ratio and vulcanizes at room temperature. Pot life 1-2 hours, tack-free 3-6 hours, fully cured 24-48 hours. Can be applied with a scraper or caulking gun.

Xử lý bề mặt
Làm sạch nền hoàn toàn khỏi dầu và gỉ. Phun cát thép đạt Sa2.5. Xử lý sơ bộ theo yêu cầu sản phẩm, giữ nền sạch. Nhiệt độ 5-40°C, độ ẩm tương đối<85%。
Sơn lót / xử lý trước
Chọn sơn lót/xử lý trước theo nền và hệ sơn. Pha đúng tỷ lệ, kiểm soát độ dày. Tiếp tục khi sơn lót khô; tô tăng cường vị trí trọng yếu.
Thi công lớp chính
Thi công lớp chính theo quy trình, kiểm soát nghiêm ngặt độ dày, nhiệt ẩm và flash-off để màng đều, không chảy xệ hay lỗ nhỏ.
Quá trình đóng rắn
Bảo đảm đóng rắn hoàn toàn bằng sấy lò hoặc tự khô ở nhiệt độ thường theo yêu cầu sản phẩm. Giữ nhiệt độ lò đồng đều trong ±5°C và nâng nhiệt từ từ để tránh khuyết tật màng sơn. Với loại đóng rắn thường, bảo đảm thông gió và độ ẩm phù hợp.
Kiểm tra và nghiệm thu
Kiểm tra toàn bộ chỉ tiêu: chiều dày màng khô, độ bám dính, độ bóng, chênh lệch màu và khả năng chịu hóa chất. Thử nghiệm hiệu năng đầy đủ được thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn liên quan. Chỉ sau khi tất cả đạt mới xuất báo cáo kiểm nghiệm và phiếu bảo hành, hàng đóng gói sạch bụi rồi xuất xưởng.
