4. Application Guide
Surface preparation
Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove oil and rust. Sandblast steel to Sa2.5 level (ISO 8501-1), with a surface roughness of 40-75 μm. For concrete substrates, check the moisture content.<6%，Sanding去除浮浆。旧Coating需清除松脱部分并拉毛Tratamiento.
Paint mixing
Slowly add the curing agent (Component B) to the base material (Component A) according to the mixing ratio indicated on the product label, and mechanically stir for 3-5 minutes until uniform. Allow to stand for maturation for 10-15 minutes before use. Use within the specified pot life after mixing.
Application方法
Recommended air spraying (gun nozzle 1.5-2.0mm, pressure 0.4-0.6MPa) or airless spraying (nozzle 0.38-0.53mm, pressure 15-25MPa). Brush or roller application is suitable for small areas. Control each dry film thickness within the specified range.
Curing条件
Self-curing at room temperature (23°C), with relative humidity meeting requirements. Low temperature (<5°C)或高湿(>Construction is prohibited under conditions of 85% (humidity). Performance testing shall be conducted after complete curing.
